To create an engaging and informative recruitment video showcasing Home Group in the best possible light as an employer of choice. To create a video that was edgy and stylised that would resonate with the next generation of jobseeker and with their younger stakeholders. They wanted to engage with their younger stakeholers and encourage them to progress through business from volunteering to management .

To create and record a professionally hosted roundtable discussion featuring senior executives from the Recruitment Process Outsourcing industry, and to distribute the high-quality edited video as content to our audience as well as marketing collateral by and for our clients.

THE RESULT:

Our high-level editorial discussion became a series of four distinct chapters, professionally edited and captioned, which have been placed on both the Outsource website and on each client’s site, and very positively received by the industry, resulting in direct lead generation for our clients.
